Where are you based and do you travel?
We are proudly headquartered in Houston, Texas, and serve clients both locally and nationwide. Our team regularly travels across the United States to support events, projects, and productions of all sizes. With a dedicated and experienced team, we’re able to provide consistent, high-quality service whether your needs are in Houston or anywhere in the country.
Do you have any travel fees?
Travel is included for full-day bookings. For shorter bookings, travel fees may apply depending on location. In many cases, our nationwide team allows us to provide local coverage, helping minimize or eliminate travel costs. All fees are shared upfront.
When will we get our photos?
Clients receive a sneak peek of 10–15 professionally edited event photos within 24 hours. The full gallery is delivered within one week, ensuring a fast and efficient turnaround. If a quicker delivery timeline is needed, we can typically accommodate expedited requests, which may have an additional fee.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We understand how important it is to stay within budget for your event. We’re happy to discuss your photography and videography needs in detail and explore options that allow you to receive professional event photography and videography while staying within your budget. Our goal is to provide high-quality, tailored service that captures your event perfectly without compromising on quality.
